Museum Rentals

The Auditorium

The auditorium will seat 300 stadium-style or 150 at tables. The space includes a stage, screen & AV room. The Auditorium opens to a patio and grassy area edged by woods. Chairs and 5, 6 & 8 foot tables are available to arrange in any configuration. Kitchen facilities are available.

The Classroom

The classroom will seat up to 30 at tables and up to 40 in chairs. The Classroom overlooks the Museum's butterfly garden and opens to the park outside. Chairs and 5, 6 & 8 foot tables are available to arrange in any configuration. A sink is in the room and kitchen facilities are available.

The Conference Room

The conference room will seat up to 25 at tables and up to 50 in chairs. Chairs and tables are available to arrange in any configuration. Kitchen facilities are available.

The Planetarium

The planetarium offers thrilling space exploration for up to 80 visitors with more than two dozen programs for all ages. The Planetarium also may be used for lectures and presentations.

The Museum Lobby

The museum lobby offers a perfect area for after-hours receptions and events. The doors open to a large patio overlooking the park.

The Discovery Center

The Discovery Center presents hands-on exploration and fun in the Mineral House, Wild Weather Room, changing exhibits and more.

The Gallery

The Gallery offer exciting changing international exhibitions in fine art and science, the permanent collection, Midwestern Folk Art and the Discovery Center.
